About the role

GRSM seeks candidates with a minimum of 1 year’s experience and welcomes all experience levels to apply. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote and hybrid, with part-time and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive team projects and initiatives
• Handle litigation cases
• Write and present persuasive arguments
• Conduct legal research
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Texas
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Strong academic background
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Trial experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications

Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research, and be self-starters, able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
