What You'll Do Advise clients on a broad range of labor and employment mattersHandle workplace investigations and administrative mattersAssist with labor relations and negotiationsConduct legal research and develop practical, well-reasoned solutionsDraft and review legal documents, correspondence, and other written workManage multiple matters while working closely with experienced attorneys and clientsParticipate in hearings, negotiations, and other proceedings as appropriate What We're Looking For 2+ years of Labor & Employment experienceStrong legal research and writing skillsExperience with employment investigations and/or administrative proceedingsLabor relations or negotiation experienceStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamExperience representing public-sector clients is helpful but not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
