Job Summary

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a Mid-Level or Senior Associate in their Labor & Employment Practice at their New Jersey office. The position requires 4-9 years of experience in employment litigation, drafting employment agreements and handbooks, counseling, negotiating, and litigating restrictive covenants in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.

Requirements

• Deep experience in employment litigation
• Experience drafting employment agreements and handbooks
• Counseling, negotiating, and litigating restrictive covenants
• Excellent academic performance in law school
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills

• In good standing with the NJ and NY State Bars

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $215,000 - $260,000, with actual pay adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
