About the role

A dynamic labor and employment attorney with significant benefits experience is needed to join our team. This role involves advising clients on compliance with employment laws, negotiating benefit plans, and handling employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Negotiate and draft benefit plans to ensure they comply with legal requirements.
• Represent clients in employment litigation and arbitration proceedings.
• Resolve employee relations issues through mediation and negotiation.
• Stay updated on changes in employment law and best practices.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in at least one state.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications
