Labor & Employment Associate

About the role

von Briesen & Roper, s.c., is seeking an Associate to join our Labor and Employment Law Team in our Milwaukee office.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on a wide range of employment law issues.
• Draft and review agreements, employee handbooks, workplace policies, and other employment-related documents.
• Handle employment litigation in state and federal court and administrative agencies.

Qualifications

• One to four years of experience in private sector labor and employment law.
• Experience with employment litigation is strongly preferred.
• Highly-motivated, with strong writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.
• Passion for client service.
• Willingness to collaborate with a team and work with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff.
