Labor & Employment Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell, a national law firm, has an immediate opening in its Los Angeles or Oakland office for a Labor & Employment Associate with four to eight years of experience. This experience must include both litigation and counseling clients in California on a full range of employment law issues.

Responsibilities

• Litigate various employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims
• Handle wage and hour class action and PAGA matters in California state and federal courts
• Counsel clients on a full range of California employment law issues

Requirements

• Four to eight years of labor and employment law experience
• Experience must include both litigation and counseling clients in California
• Active California bar license
• Must reside in California

Pay

Salary range: $230,000–$300,000 (commensurate with experience)
