Key ResponsibilitiesManage employment litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution, including strategy development, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.Represent employers in a variety of workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and restrictive covenant matters.Conduct and defend depositions, appear at hearings, argue motions, and support trial and arbitration proceedings.Provide practical employment law guidance to business clients regarding compliance, risk management, and workplace issues.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation while helping support and develop junior legal team members.QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.4+ years of labor and employment litigation experience.Experience independently managing litigation matters and driving case strategy.Experience handling depositions, court appearances, discovery, and substantive motion practice.Management-side employment law experience.Experience advising employers on workplace compliance and risk mitigation.Trial, arbitration, or evidentiary hearing experience.BenefitsBase salary: $240,000 - $275,000Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) planPaid maternity leavePaid paternity leaveCommuter benefitsDisability insurance Email Your Resume In Word To AJ.Divecha@cybercoders.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
