Responsibilities

• Manage candidate relationships
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients
• Handle all aspects of the hiring process from sourcing to offer negotiation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ATS systems
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
