Labor & Employment Associate
Skills and Educational Requirements
- Current NY Bar admission
- J.D. degree from accredited law school
- The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of litigation or other relevant legal experience, including at least one year of labor and employment law experience
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
The salary range at the Associate-level is $110,000 – $160,000, which represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
