About the role

Cozen O'Connor seeks an associate with at least two years of employment law experience to join its Seattle office. The role involves representing employers in wage‑and‑hour disputes, class and collective actions, and other employment litigation matters, handling litigation in state and federal courts, and advising clients on a broad range of employment law issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of employment law experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington State, or eligible for admission.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $215,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
