• Handle traditional labor law matters, including helping employers foster positive workplace relations, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and handle labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice proceedings

Requirements

• At least three years of experience defending clients in labor and employment litigation matters
• Extensive experience researching and briefing employment law issues
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to perform appropriate tasks with minimal supervision
• Active law license in good standing in Pennsylvania
