Labor and Delivery Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, family-centered care to mothers and newborns in the obstetric unit.
• Assess and monitor laboring patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist with vaginal and surgical deliveries, supporting patients through the birthing process.
• Administer medications and respond promptly to obstetric emergencies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, safe care.
• Support patients' birth preferences and promote positive birthing experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in labor and delivery or obstetric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
