About the Role
Responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and organization of products essential to the operation of the R&D Lab. Conducts inventory on consumables to ensure items required are always on hand.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and utility vehicles.
- Efficiently locate, process, move, and stage project materials for smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and records.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs and resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory tracking, including location, quantity, and quality of materials.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to efficiently handle tasks necessary for the progression of R&D projects.
- Report inefficiencies in processes to supervisor.
- Run weekly report of reserve stock and daily shortages, correcting discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain NAIC to ensure safety and aesthetics.
- Attend bi-weekly R&D support meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of AAON mainframe and warehouse processes preferred.

Work Environment
Fast-paced, high-pressure, temperature-controlled Test Lab and manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Climbing, stooping, sitting, or standing for prolonged periods.
