Warehouse Operator
About the role
This onsite position is based in Pryor, OK. You will be part of a collaborative, safety-focused, high-performing team where together you can achieve greatness and make a real impact in food ingredients, innovating improved nutritional profiles, better taste and texture, and greater cost efficiency to meet the needs of global food and beverage manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to support production and customer demand
- Track the flow of materials and products throughout warehouse operations
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal partners to support timely material deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and document inventory transactions
- Perform inventory counts, reconciliations, and stock accuracy checks
- Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Inspect incoming materials for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Prepare, package, and stage outgoing materials for shipment
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or material handling preferred
- Ability to accurately manage inventory records and transactions
- Working knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management practices
- Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or willingness to become certified
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials while working in a warehouse environment
Skills
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems for inventory management
- Forklift certification and hands-on material handling experience
- Experience supporting continuous improvement or inventory optimization initiatives
