L3 Production Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer (Charlotte)
What's the Job?
Respond to and resolve business queries within the ERFT space, ensuring timely and accurate support. Communicate with business lines and management regarding the overall status and health of applications. Identify areas for improvement in monitoring, application stability, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with Technology Infrastructure and Development Teams to support releases, upgrades, and system enhancements. Utilize tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, ITSM, JIRA, and others to monitor, report, and resolve incidents effectively.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years of production support experience in a technical environment.
- Strong SQL and UNIX/Linux knowledge for effective troubleshooting and support.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as ITRS, DynaTrace, Splunk, and scripting with Python.
