Application Production Support Engineer / Production Support Analyst (Charlotte)

What's the Job?

Respond to and resolve business queries within the ERFT space, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Communicate with line of business and management regarding the overall status and health of applications.

Identify areas for improvement in monitoring, application stability, and root cause analysis.

Collaborate with Technology Infrastructure and Development Teams on releases, upgrades, and system enhancements.

Manage user queries, alerts, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITSM frameworks effectively.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of Production Support experience in a technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX/Linux, and scripting with Python.
• Experience with ITIL processes, incident and problem management, and monitoring tools like ITRS, DynaTrace, and Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with Autosys, Bob jobs, Hadoop, Cloud platforms, and database systems such as Oracle and Teradata.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations.
