About the role

This role supports the Atticus Production team through various activities including systems transactions, preparation and maintenance of key production documents, data maintenance & reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with production / formulation facilities to ensure accurate and timely production reporting.
  • Responsible for posting all such production into Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP system).
  • Executes the end of campaign reconciliation process, which includes an actual consumption versus bill of material consumption review, a reconciliation of bill of material errors, verifying toll fee accuracy, verifying normal waste accuracy, and verifying physical inventories.
  • Captures any discrepancies and reviews with the Production group to correct them.
  • Covers the monthly production readiness review, ensuring all production requirements are met, including raw material availability.
  • Coordinates and executes the monthly production readiness review, ensuring all components are staged / at the manufacturing plant two weeks prior to the agreed upon production start date.
  • Communicates artwork compliance requirements to the toller as part of the pre-production packet.
  • Prepares production packets for upcoming production campaigns, gathering necessary documents like the manufacturing manual, product specification, bill of material, packaging instructions, label revisions, and SDSs.
  • Reviews toll manufacturing invoices for accuracy and resolves discrepancies as necessary.
  • Ensures inventory is properly dispositioned as a result of end of campaign reconciliation, production of intermediate steps, and the production off-spec product.
  • Supports Atticus quality objectives by measuring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) related to production readiness and execution.
  • Drives process improvement as it relates to contract manufacturing relationships, production execution, and the production/consumption posting process.
  • Develops and maintains production records and prepares management reports as required and/or requested.
  • Assists in optimizing 3rd party toll manufacturing portfolio to ensure products are manufactured in a cost effective, safe and compliant manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business, supply chain management, or a related field required.
  • Basic understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to network within the organization as well as with external parties.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceeds customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills in driving change and improving the integrity of applicable processes and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams, under critical timelines and while balancing the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
