.Net Production Support Engineer (Charlotte)
What's the Job?
Provide 24x7 end-to-end monitoring and support of critical infrastructure and application components. Proactively identify and research potential production incidents using monitoring tools. Respond promptly to alerts and escalate issues as needed for resolution. Perform trending and analysis to prevent potential service disruptions. Collaborate with Change Operations to support change implementations and identify risks.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience working independently in complex IT environments, preferably in production support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, Tivoli Netcool/WebGUI, and experience with .NET Core, Java Virtual Machine, and Windows.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Intermediary.
- Ability to work in non-contiguous shifts, including nights and weekends, with on-call support as required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams.
