About the role

We’re seeking an Application Production Support Analyst to ensure the stability and availability of ION and other internal credit-desk applications. This role supports traders, resolves production issues, proactively monitors systems, and coordinates with technical teams.

Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week). Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor ION and other internal applications.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents.
  • Communicate status updates and maintain incident documentation.
  • Support traders through approved communication channels.
  • Analyze logs and escalate complex issues.
  • Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and regional teams.
  • Support releases, changes, and start-of-day checks.
  • Follow all security, compliance, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting fixed-income or credit trading applications.
  • Knowledge of trading-desk operations, RFQ lifecycles, and post-trade processes.
  • Experience with production monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Proficiency in log analysis and log-scraping tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a time-sensitive environment.
