Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications according to industry best practices.
  • Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, assisting with technical development and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure upgrades and new deployments.
  • Document solutions, procedures, and technical standards for internal use.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and security threats relevant to the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role is necessary.
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience with Python and .NET Core development, including troubleshooting and maintaining applications.
  • An advanced understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols is also required.

  • Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Security+) are desirable.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Engineer to provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues within our IT infrastructure. The position involves working on a Regulatory Messaging project and requires an expert in diagnosing and resolving escalated technical problems to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
