Responsibilities
- Provide care to women during labor and childbirth
- Monitor both mother and baby
- Coach mothers through delivery
- Assist doctors
- Support breastfeeding post-delivery
- Prepare patients and families for childbirth
- Monitor labor progress
- Ensure patient safety
- Support positive birth experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent L&D RN experience
- Active RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN
