About the Role
You will care for women during labor and childbirth, monitor both mother and baby, coach mothers, and assist doctors throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare women and families for each stage of childbirth
- Support breastfeeding after delivery
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout labor
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience
- Active RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN (or equivalent)
Skills
- Compassionate patient care
- Effective monitoring and coaching skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting
