About the Role
You will care for women during labor and childbirth, monitor both mother and baby, coach mothers, and assist physicians.
Responsibilities
- Prepare women and families for childbirth
- Support patients through labor
- Provide postpartum support, including breastfeeding assistance
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent Labor and Delivery RN experience
- Active RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN (or equivalent)
Skills
- Monitor labor progress
- Provide patient education
- Work collaboratively with medical teams in high-pressure situations
