Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Wausau or North Central, WI
• Mobilize grassroots leaders to take action
• Drive policy reforms that open opportunities for all

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with local leaders and organizations
• Experience in grassroots organizing or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of political advocacy and grassroots organizing
