Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 days onsite in Kohler, WI. Term: May 2027 through August 2027.

Kohler’s Early Talent internship programs are designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience that drives real business impact. Over the course of a 10–12-week internship, interns are immersed in the business—contributing to real projects, building practical skills, and gaining valuable exposure to our teams. They are supported through intentional learning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiences are designed to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-time opportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.
Kohler’s HR Internship provides a hands-on opportunity to explore the dynamic world of Human Resources while contributing to meaningful projects that support our people and business strategy. As an HR Intern, you will gain exposure to a variety of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards, while partnering with teams across the organization. Through project-based learning, you will work on initiatives that enhance workplace culture, strengthen employee engagement, and improve HR processes. In addition, you will have opportunities to participate in networking events and cross-functional learning experiences designed to expand your HR knowledge and professional skills. Throughout the internship, you will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals who are committed to supporting your growth, development, and career success.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders with day-to-day HR policies and processes.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Compensation and other Enterprise HR functions to drive talent and culture initiatives across various Kitchen and Bath businesses.
- Assist HRBPs with the exempt/non-exempt hiring process.
- Work with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRBPs and Hiring Managers as needed to ensure a gracious candidate and associate experience.
- Act as a member of the broader HRBP team within North America, attending meetings and presenting updates on various projects as appropriate.
Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program from an accredited institution with a major in human resources management, Business, or a related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $22.31 - $27.88. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s education and work location.
