Knowledge Management (KM) Manager - GenAI Center of Excellence (COE)

Responsibilities

• Support efficiency in legal teams through AI-driven solutions, producing attorney-ready documentation
• Maintain and create Harvey Vaults to address specific knowledge management needs
• Draft updates and newsletters for the Center of Excellence
• Act as an ambassador to promote the awareness and engagement of GenAI tools among attorneys
• Manage and fulfill requests for GenAI assistance in the Disputes area with minimal revisions needed

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 2 years' experience in litigation or transactional law, with specific focus on GenAI-assisted support
• Strong familiarity with generative AI tools, particularly Harvey, is preferred
• Superior communication skills in both verbal and written forms
• Demonstrated ability to handle requests with minimal supervision, producing polished outputs
