Knowledge Management Coordinator Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform litigation-related research through Westlaw, PACER and other federal and state court docket systems.
- Retrieve pleadings, motions, orders, and other court documents for attorneys and litigation teams.
- Conduct corporate, industry, and competitor research using legal and business intelligence databases.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives through research and data collection.
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the Knowledge Management department.
- Handle monthly invoices accurately and in a timely manner, including Westlaw invoices, maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions.
- Process Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requests, coordinating training sessions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage purchase requests for the legal department, ensuring timely procurement of necessary supplies and services.
- Manage Bar Renewal requests, maintaining up-to-date records and facilitating timely renewals for attorneys.
- Cook up meetings and conferences, both internally and with external stakeholders, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
