Essential Job Requirements
- AI Evaluation & Integration: Test and evaluate AI tools and platforms — assessing accuracy, output quality, workflow fit, and risk considerations — and document findings for the KRS team and firm leadership.
- Support the development and maintenance of AI training materials, prompt libraries, and user guidance for legal technology tools.
- Aid attorneys and staff in understanding how to apply AI tools effectively and responsibly within their practice workflows.
- Develop and maintain practice resources including SharePoint-based sites, client-facing portals, and work product libraries.
- Continuously improve the design and usability of knowledge resources, including suggesting site architecture, navigation, and UX enhancements informed by user feedback.
- Project Coordination & Operations: Develop a working understanding of firm systems — including business intake, matter experience tracking, and document management — to support efficient information retrieval and compliance.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Backgrounds in law, public policy, information science, technology, economics, history, or international relations — as demonstrated through coursework, extracurricular involvement, or prior work experience.
- Prior experience in a law firm, legal tech, or technology environment is a plus.
- AI Fluency. Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot).
- Demonstrated Interest in AI & the Legal Field: Technology Enthusiasm: Document management systems, or legal tech is a plus.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based collaboration tools required.
- Work with AI Tools at the Frontier: Actively test, evaluate, and help integrate generative AI platforms (such as Harvey, Microsoft Copilot, and others) into legal workflows — Work alongside lawyers and business professionals across practice groups, gaining exposure to legal processes, terminology, and the documents that drive sophisticated transactions and litigation.

Amount of Travel Required
Occasional travel to the New York office.
Pay Range
The expected salary range for candidates meeting the requirements of this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
