Responsibilities
- Perform chart auditing and focus studies
- Assist Director of Quality Management with data analysis and dissemination
- Participate in Quality Improvement activities & programs in hospice and organization
- Participate in QAPI Committee and RCA meetings
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory bodies and standards related to Hospice delivery of services
- Educate staff regarding quality improvement, regulatory and accrediting body issues
- Contribute to CMS mandated Quality reporting HIS & CAHPS
Qualifications
- Licensed with current Registration to practice as Registered Professional Nurse in NYS is required
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required
- Experience in Hospice or Quality Management/Performance Improvement
- Knowledge of application of Statistical Processes Control Tools, Cops and NYS DOH Regulations

$112,000.00 - $135,600.00 per year
