Kitchen Remodeling Salesperson / Consultant
Job Duties
- Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
- Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners.
- Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed.
- Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional.
Job Requirements
- Able to work days, and some evenings and weekend appointments.
- Participate in home/trade show rotation.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic.
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients' homes.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Benefits
- This is a 100% commission role, with eligibility for benefits after 90 days.
- Upside potential is unlimited, commission, quarterly and year-end bonuses uncapped!
Pay
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule
Work from home, building relationships with other businesses, and visiting the homes of prospects and customers for sales and to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase.
