The Role

The perfect sales candidates knock their sales goals out of the ballpark and keep coming for more because this position is your passion and you love what you do!

Responsibilities

  • Confirm client timeframe (specific to a week and a day)
  • Confirm clients needs
  • Confirm clients budget
  • Lead client meetings to design the in-home remodeling sales process
  • Provide project quote to the customer during initial design consult unless further complex project scoping is needed
  • Review financing options for all clients
    • Cash
    • 12 months same as cash
    • Finance plan with monthly payment amount

    Qualifications

    • Passion for sales and customer service
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in home improvement or related field
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Skills

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of kitchen design and remodeling processes
