Kitchen Remodeling Sales Consultant

About the Role

Kitchen Tune-Up is growing rapidly and seeks dedicated team members to join our mission of completing extraordinary kitchen remodeling projects. We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals with a strong background in in-home sales. Ideal candidates strongly believe in our company culture, prioritizing clients above all else. Responsibilities

• Manage lead flow and client projects from start to finish.
• Maintain frequent communication with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects.
• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training provided).
• Close a high percentage of sales in the home.
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
• Represent the brand professionally in appearance and demeanor.
• Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager.
• Attend home shows, networking events, and industry gatherings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in in-home sales.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience in a commissioned sales environment, preferably in home remodeling, construction, cabinetry, or real estate.
• Proficient with computers and smartphones.
• Highly motivated, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Social media savvy (Facebook business page management a plus).
• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly personality.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
