Help open a brand-new scratch kitchen and run it your way. A new full-service restaurant coming to Olive Branch needs a Kitchen Manager to build the back of house from the ground up: hiring the team, installing the systems, and setting the quality bar before the first guest walks in.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop the opening kitchen team
- Stand up prep, line, and inventory systems for day one
- Execute a scratch menu with consistency and pride
- Manage food cost, ordering, and waste from the start
- Set food safety and cleanliness standards that stick
Requirements
- 3+ years of kitchen management in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Scratch-kitchen experience strongly preferred
- Confidence training brand-new teams
- Organization and urgency - openings move fast
