Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and food cost management
• Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house teams to excellence
• Drive profitability through labor optimization, waste reduction, and revenue initiatives
• Ensure consistent food quality and hospitality standards across all service periods
• Partner with corporate team on strategic initiatives, budgeting, and P&L ownership

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years managing full-service restaurants with P&L responsibility
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and reducing turnover
• Strong operational and financial acumen with restaurant management systems expertise
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure
