Kitchen Manager - $60,000 salary

Mission

Central City Tavern is looking for Kitchen Managers to work at several locations around North Atlanta. We offer salary - Benefits - 401K.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality with sense of urgency towards check times
• Strong communication skills
• Help run the kitchen working directly under the executive chef.
• In charge of leading, teaching, and developing current and new staff.
• Help prepare and create weekly specials
• Able to work 8-10 hour plus shifts, able to stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to grasp, lift and or carry up to 50 pounds
• Knife skills to suit station prep
• Culinary cleanliness to health department code
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Social distancing guidelines in place
• Able to Write a Weekly Work Schedule
• Able to work with Excel spread sheets for inventory and cost controls

Qualifications

• Held experience working in a full-service high volume kitchen
• Experience managing employees
• Starting pay up to $65,000 with the correct experience

Pay

$60,000 salary

Schedule

Hours per week: 45-48
