About the role

We’re a family-owned and operated restaurant group with over 10 years of serving our community, and we’re currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to help lead our back-of-house operations and kitchen team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, coach, and recognize kitchen team members
  • Ensure team members are properly trained and understand expectations
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, prep, and execution
  • Maintain consistent food quality and adherence to recipes and standards
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and food storage procedures
  • Create fair and effective schedules aligned with business needs
  • Complete operational paperwork and administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, labor, and company regulations
  • Promote a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times
  • Communicate regularly with team members, guests, and fellow managers
  • Support whole-house operations as part of a unified leadership team

Skills

  • At least 2 years of kitchen management experience
  • At least 3 years of pizza chef or BOH cooking experience
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Working knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and inventory management
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Availability requirements

  • Nights, weekends, and holidays required
