Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality service
  • Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Cook off with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
  • Aid in menu planning and development in collaboration with chefs

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or management is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations and management
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for the food industry
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Pay

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually
