Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality service
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Cook off with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
- Aid in menu planning and development in collaboration with chefs
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or management is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and management
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for the food industry
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting

Pay
A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually
