Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen operations and staff
- Prepare meals according to recipes and customer orders
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Follow health and safety regulations
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a kitchen setting
- Valid food handler’s license
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
