About the role

This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing superior customer service, developing customer relationships, executing plans, maintaining store appearance, and performing other job-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Aid in achieving store sales goals
• Develop customer relationships for repeat business
• Execute short and long-term plans to support store strategy
• Maintain product and brand image
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Lead in productivity
• Attend scheduled shifts and work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform open and close procedures
• Train new employees
• Execute visual directives and customer service standards

Requirements

• Preferred retail and/or cosmetic experience
• Prior key holder experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin preferred
• Physical ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
