About the role
This position involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, developing customer relationships, executing plans, maintaining store standards, and supporting the store's business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Aid in achieving store sales goals
- Develop customer relationships for repeat business
- Execute short and long-term plans
- Maintain neat and organized store
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Lead in productivity
- Attend all scheduled shifts
- Support Store Manager in achieving sales goals
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Perform open and close procedures
- Train new employees
- Execute visual directives and customer service standards
Requirements
- Preferred retail or cosmetic experience
- Prior key holder experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Communication and analytical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Age 18 or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin
- Physical ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
