As an Assistant Manager you will set the pace on the sales floor, keep the mood up, and coach team members. Responsibilities

• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment brought in from vendors.
• Use the computer system to buy in and price incoming merchandise.
• Organize racks, tag, and hang clothing.
• Test toys and assemble equipment.
• Ring out customers at the register and teach them how to sell to us.
• Create posts for our social media pages.
• Perform opening and closing tasks, including system shutdown, nightly reports, and till management.
• Manage inventory by transporting back‑stock bins to and from the storage unit using a company box truck.
• Assist the Store Manager in leading the team.
