KIA Warranty Administrator $18-$23 Experienced Candidates Start at $23

Jerry Seiner South Jordan Kia is looking for an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our Service Office team. Qualified candidates with automotive warranty experience can expect a starting wage of $23+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We're also open to candidates with strong dealership administrative experience who are ready to grow into a Warranty Administrator role.

Responsibilities

• Process, submit, and monitor manufacturer warranty claims.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and required documentation.
• Ensure claims comply with manufacturer policies and procedures.
• Resolve rejected, unpaid, or returned warranty claims.
• Invoice repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized warranty files and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Management to resolve claim issues.
• Assist with cashiering and other service office responsibilities as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support the Service Department with additional administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator in a dealership environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty claim submission and processing.
• Experience working with dealership management systems (CDK experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Pay

$18-$23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrators start at $23+ per hour.

About the Role
