We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Service Consultant to join our team as we prepare to soar!

Responsibilities

• Address customers’ primary concerns
• Be dependable, punctual, and process-driven
• Meet and greet customers with a smile
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Conduct video walkarounds
• Communicate via text
• Properly document repairs and process paperwork expeditiously
• Sell needed and recommended maintenance and repairs
• Follow through with daily responsibilities
• Complete all factory and dealer training

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of automotive experience
• Self-motivated
• Strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and an eye for detail
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
