Key Account Manager - Construction
About the role
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, facility owners, property managers, and industrial clients to promote and sell JRT Mechanical's HVAC, Plumbing, Pipefitting, and Electrical services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, and expanding existing accounts through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries
- Develop new customer relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence
- Track account performance and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management or sales
- Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- High level of integrity and professionalism
