About the role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager based in the UK with expertise in either Embedded or IIoT technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts within the IoT ecosystem
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers
Requirements
- A degree in industrial engineering and management, engineering, natural sciences or business administration with a strong interest in technology, or comparable training
- Professional experience in technical B2B direct sales, ideally with a provider of embedded or software products
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with IoT technologies and systems
Skills
- Technical knowledge of embedded or IIoT technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
