About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager based in the UK with expertise in either Embedded or IIoT technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts within the IoT ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers

Requirements

  • A degree in industrial engineering and management, engineering, natural sciences or business administration with a strong interest in technology, or comparable training
  • Professional experience in technical B2B direct sales, ideally with a provider of embedded or software products

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with IoT technologies and systems

Skills

  • Technical knowledge of embedded or IIoT technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
