Essential Responsibilities
- Lead commercial activities for the Power Transmission business line across assigned customer accounts and sales territories.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for Power Transmission products and services, including power and distribution transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, disconnectors and instrument transformers, power quality and power sensing devices, and related services.
- Develop account plans to support execution of commercial strategies and achievement of sales objectives.
- Collaborate with product line teams and external manufacturers’ sales representatives to achieve order intake objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer decision-makers in support of account strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasts of orders, margins, and sales for assigned customer accounts using the Salesforce CRM application.
- Facilitate and support cash and receivables management activities for assigned customer accounts.
- Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing.
- Perform periodic account reviews with leadership.
- Travel regularly to customer locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or a relevant field required.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a sales, account management, proposal development, business development, or product management role.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the electrical or utility industry in a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%, primarily within assigned accounts and sales territories, with occasional travel to domestic U.S. and international manufacturing locations.
- Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Power Transmission products and services, including power and distribution transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, disconnectors and instrument transformers, power quality devices, power sensing devices, and related services.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships, account strategy, and commercial activities.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with manufacturer's sales representatives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.

Pay and Schedule
- The pay range for this position is between $128,400.00 and $213,900.00.
- The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
- Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
