Kearney Technology Group Analyst - College Program
Kearney is seeking future or recent graduates majoring in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field for an entry-level Data Analyst role within the Kearney Technology Group (KTG). This position offers hands-on, dynamic technology experience working with federal government agencies across the United States.
Location: Washington DC Metro Area. Work may be office-based or at client sites, with travel opportunities varying by client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analytics, robotics, and machine learning procedures.
- Apply training in data analytics, robotics, and machine learning.
- Learn new programming languages quickly.
- Demonstrate awareness of the Federal Government’s financial and management responsibilities.
- Assist in drafting and preparing project deliverables.
- Work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Balance multiple projects concurrently.
- Utilize technology to share knowledge, develop skills, and continually learn.
- Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the client’s environment.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Demonstrate strong digital dexterity: execute work independently, be agile and adept, and embrace emerging technologies for better business solutions.
- Travel up to 25%, depending on client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. Secret security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship).
- Willingness to work on-site in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area as client-based needs arise.
- Ability to travel at least 25%, barring any travel restrictions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competence in Python.

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $85,000, based on base pay only. Actual compensation will be determined by specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses when applicable.
