About the role
You will support the current sales team in selling our (investment) real estate in locations such as Brussels and Antwerp. You will independently manage each file in detail and guide the customer through the psychological purchasing process. This includes calling prospects and scheduling home appointments, with support from the administrative team.
You will work from our headquarters in Brussels but will primarily be in the field with experienced team members to visit new clients. You can count on comprehensive sales training and will learn all aspects of project development and real estate. We will guide you from day one with the goal of making you independent and successful as quickly as possible. If you do not yet have a BIV number, you can complete your BIV internship with us.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in selling investment real estate
- Independently manage and follow up on each sales dossier in detail
- Guide customers through the psychological purchasing process
- Call prospects and schedule home appointments
- Visit new clients in the field with experienced team members

- Passionate salesperson with a convincing and trustworthy character
- No 9-to-5 mentality; able to work both independently and in a team
