Junior Accoutnant

Job Summary

FOTILE GROUP is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience. The position involves managing company financial accounts, reviewing and processing expense reports, conducting statistical analysis, and assisting in the monthly closing process.

Responsibilities

• Manage company financial accounts, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Review and receive expense reports from employees.
• Identify discrepancies by resolving billing issues and conduct periodic reconciliation of accounts.
• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and mathematical accuracy.
• Document invoices and payments and review data for discrepancies.
• Perform statistical analysis of collected payments on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Keep records by filing documents accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Use ERP system and check and redeem reimbursement procedures.
• Aid in the monthly closing process.
• Handle data entry.
• Assist in accounting or other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Preferred 1-3 years of work experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Advanced knowledge of data entry and mathematics.
• Good relationship with vendors.
• Expertise in bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
