About the role

United Land Services (ULS) is a full-service landscaping company offering comprehensive commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. We handle projects ranging from single-family home developments to commercial buildings and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying candidates for various positions across the company.
• Maintaining and updating candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system.
• Conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Aiding in job postings and outreach efforts to attract qualified talent.
• Assisting the recruiting team with administrative and research tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a small team.
• Office experience required; must be confident making phone calls throughout the day.
